Rental Policies

Monthly Rental

• Although we prefer longer rentals, a one month minimum stay is required to book our monthly rental suites

Weekly / Monthly Rental

• Although we prefer longer rentals, a one week minimum stay is required to book our weekly / monthly rental suites

Payment Options

• We accept cash, cheque or money order
• Reservation deposit is required to hold reservation, and is due at signing of rental agreement

Cancellations

• Reservation deposit or partial deposit may be returned if cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date

Rental Agreement

• We will require all monthly / long-term renters to fill out our rental agreement form
• References will be required for long-term rentals

Suite Policies

• No smoking indoors
• No pets
